tellfriend.php says forbidden

when I try to view the tellfriend.php i get an error of forbidden, i am using the latest version of dolphin with a fresh install. So  how can I fix this issue without changing hosts, I know they use mod_security because its a shared hosting account. switching is not an option as the server is prepaid for 2 years. Is there any other way to make this work?  I have never used a host where mod_security was disabled, its there to protect the server, so having to disable it to make dolphin work seems silly.

I previously noticed that problem for a client and I solved it by renaming the file (for example change the name to invite.php). Also, go to the Admin Panel => Builders => Bottom Menu and edit the "Invite a Friend" item and change the URL to the same name that you renamed the file to (see pic attached).
