tags menu not working & module bloack malfunctions

Hello,

I have two issues: My tag menu on the index page appears to be faulty.  In fact, it disappears when a Tag Menu Item is select, as shown on the attached.  This precludes users from not being able to return back to the original tag menu without having to restore the page.  Very odd.

Issue Two:  issue makes the entire index page block temporarily disappear (3 seconds) from index page.  This is also shown on the attached.  When a user uses the forward arrow, the block malfunctions and disappears, then the entire page reboots.

I suspect that there is a pretty simple explanation for this and would really appreciate any guidance from the Boonex family in correcting these problems.

 No ideas?  Am I the only one who has experienced this?  Issue  2 is probably related to the vendor's decision not to support the new 7.1 version without purchasing the module again.  However, the disappearing menu just seems too odd.
