Yes, you are right, there is the case here. This is jQuery bug, which was reported and "fixed" several times, but as I see still have place: http://bugs.jquery.com/ticket/11402 http://bugs.jquery.com/ticket/9221 It can't remove closing comment in JS code - and this cause JS error.
