I don't have the answer for that since I just have a regular account.  I would most definitely ask Andrew Boon these question in a direct message to him; he should be in a position to answer your questions.

Hello,

After the purchase, special tickets which are included in the license are automatically added for you BoonEx account:

http://www.boonex.com/help/tickets/

Please use Installation Ticket to request your free installation.

And just to let you know, you DO get a free installation with your purchase. But, when it comes to any support, you will have to do what we all do here... Search the forums for resolutions or post a topic with your issue. BoonEx doesn't provide 'support', the community volunteers it.

I have 2 license! standard and prime, only boonex has given me no support.
even if the license of the prime support for the installation of dolphin software and the server configuration must be included.

Not much there it appears; mmmm, what is that service tickets mentioned?  Could that possibly be construed as support?  What is a "service ticket"?

You pay a mechanic to service your car, it doesn't come free (well, maybe a free oil change (upgrades?)).

BoonEx is small - I don't know how small, but the most faces I see are 4-5.  What you get is what's advertised with the license - no more branding.  For Prime customers, there's a few more perks, like free installations and a server audit.  I haven't seen any mention of dedicated support since they dropped the disastrous Agent system.

That said, I do see the ticket system still works: http://www.boonex.com/help/tickets/

You buy a new car it comes with a warranty that covers service.

Nice on the help ticket if someone actually reads them and responds to them.

People buy cars new?

Poor joke aside, it's been a while since I used the ticket system.  Looks like it works, but no idea how long it'll take for a response.  Guess someone needs to be the first.

I bought a kit, I had to assemble it myself but they did provide instructions.  I had trouble with the instructions, so I contacted the manufacturer of the kit and they were able to provide some assistance.  When I needed additional support, they had a forum where other kit builders went so they could share from each other.  There were even some people on the forum that were professional kit builders (or had years of experience with my kit and previous version of it) and would fix parts of my kit for me so it would be the way that I wanted it to be. Sometimes these 'experts' charged a fee, sometimes they just did it for free.

well buying license type like prime is I think worthelss - basicly only what more u get over standard is free installation - all other stuff is useless.Installation is pretty straightforward so nearly everybody can do it and If u are really not very tech savvy u can ask in forum ands many people install it for you for free or for a small fee like 10 USD. In regard server configuration its not included in prime anyway so u have to pay somebody anyway if u dont know how configure it  - best to avoid that is buy server from few providers here for example  from Zarcon who I believe offer servers already configured for dolphin so you dont have to setup anything or just few things and Zarcon helps u with that. The thing is u thpught u get much more if u biuy prime.. well u are not alone more people thpught that actually prime include some kind of boonex support but bit does not... thats why Am still with standard license :-) as paying anything else is basicly wasting of money ... but well u supported boonex dev team so take it like an donation :-) Simply be ready that anything u need is paid here. There are few people who help in community with valuable tips, tricks and code addon but as this is not well organized you just have to search and search and search in forum. If you decide use some of programmers paid service here I would recommend Deano, Modzzz, AntonLV and Esase. Those guys understands dolphin best and are kind of serious guys so they dont rip you off. MOst other people AM n ot saying they are bad but you gonna be in a bit risk that u loose money and woirk will be not done. There is few more reliable vendors but those I named are I think best here... Deano is prolly one of most friendly persons here with alot of help in community, AntonLV team are guys who are part of boonmex programmers team so they understand dolphin very deeply. Modzzz is guy who developing most 3rd party modules - I can say this guy have real programming talent ..his speed of pulling pretty good modules is unbeliveable. Hope that helps

sorry for my argument and think about boonex.ich have now understood that the dolphin software works better on a vps host. I will continue working with the software and also with the dolphin boonex team.
I will continue to watch with my web hoster, what can I do and what is the best. Arvixe is my shared web hoster, it is a good company and hoster for me.

However, if I buy a copy of MicroCrap Office and decide it is not suitable to my needs, I can sell the disc and license to someone else as long as I delete all copies of Office from my system.  Then again, I guess Boonex is not MicroCrap or any of the other thousands of software companies that allow such a transfer.  It is not possible for two different websites, even on the same server, to use the same license.  So transferring a license should be possible.  Not allowing one to transfer a license is basically the equivalence of General Motors not allowing one to transfer a GM automobile once they are finished with it and that anyone interested in driving a GM car has to buy a new one.  Of course GM can not do this because there is no license to prevent the car from going that they can control.  I understand the argument that money needs to flow to Boonex in order to continue to support the software but I am sure something could be arranged where part of the sale of the licences goes to Boonex.  The same can be said of GM, we all need to buy new GM products and not used one so that GM can continue to produce new GM cars; so folks, stop buying those used vehicles!

Dolphin licenses are non-transferable, per the... er... license terms.

I see it more as still being able to sell the car (Dolphin site), but not being able to include the OnStar subscription (license).  It's not ideal, but that's how it is.  BoonEx mentioned some kind of transfer system, but it hasn't surfaced.
