strange homepage issue profile_info_required.php

I am experiencing a strange problem on my site...

the/index.php page keeps redirecting to profile_info_required.php on dolphin 7.0.7

does anybody know what could be causing this or  a possible fix?

That files doesn't exist in vanilla Dolphin. Have you installed any third-party mods or modules on your site?

profile_info_required.php is part of my facebook connect module.

Make sure you are running the latest version and that you did not skip step 2 where it states to upload profile_info_required.php to the root of your site. If you fail to do that step it will keep redirecting to a page that does not exist.

Same problem, i am running the latest version 4.2.2 right now but i don't know which step is step 2 do i skip?

Step 2 is Step 2 from my Facebook connect install instructions. It states the following.

2) Upload the file PROFILE_INFO_REQUIRED.PHP to the ROOT of your dolphin site.


And no. You do not skip it. You do not skip any of the steps in the instructions.

In the future if your having a problem with one of my modules, then use the products support forum. All of my products have a forum specifically for the product. The link to that forum in in the products market page.
