split Country filter column on browser.php

Hi, 

Just wondering if anyone knows how to split the list countries in the browse.php page into 3 columns instead of 2? With a lot of countries in the database, it makes this page unnecessarily long.

It's not so hard mod but it will require to modify 2 files making about 6 - 7 changes in the code.
