special charaters //// in photo album

I have a problem with the title from poto album.

Please see attached file. I have a lot of "/////" characters and dont kow why.

How I can fix this.

Is that added to every profile photo album when it is created?  What version is this?

Yes it is.

And I dont found any fault.

First thing is to check the simple stuff; in the admin you can set the default name for the profile photo album, check there and make sure that you didn't accidentally add those slashes.
