spammer ip 0.0.0.0

I noticed this guy had been trying to access my zooperz.com/social site and today his bot attempted to join over 8000 times, Dolphin Anti Spam had been blocking this 0.0.0.0 ip but when i tried to add this to ipdeny, it showed as not a valid IP, so i called Arvixe support and they were able to give me this guys actual IP so i thought i would post it here, 87.122.175.136 i added the entire class C range to ipdeny, i hope this will help someone

thanks

Actually a report of a ip address of 0.0.0.0 is what my spam software assigns a IP address that is determined to be invalid as returned by dolphins getVisitorIp function. It happens when one of the headers normally inserted by a proxy server is invalid or blank. I am working on determining a way to deal with it. It's part of my filters attempt to obtain the real ip address of someone going through a proxy. It can be more than one person. So all of those hits may not be from just one person.

Because this 0.0.0.0 ip address was reported by my spam filtering software, you should have brought this up in my products support forum, even tho i am already aware of it. It should still have been mentioned there.
