 It sucks wet dog fur.... especially since you can't quote posts in previous parts.

My opinions expressed on this site, in no way represent those of Boonex or Boonex employees.

 This has got to be the WORST way I've ever seen handling for handling the pagination of threads. How hard would it have been to have page numbers at the bottom and make threads multiple pages like every other forum in the world?

Boonex automatically creates a part x when the number of comments reach a certain number.

To be honest I cant afford any of those servers yet so I asked AlexT if he can add an option to disable conversion in admin panel for those who dont have a VPS or dedicated server or who dont want to activate exec for security reasons. It wont hurt boonex but rather it gives those users who dont want a huge community but use it for their own a possiblity to use audio as well without buying a VPS or dedicated. Audio worked for me in 7.0.9 instantly because it didnt have the conversion back then.

This fix is not recommended, because it will make no sense to install HTML5 Player for audio files and will make that some setting in audio player not working.

Uncomment the following code (remove /* and */) in flash/modules/mp3/inc/functions.inc.php file:

            /*

            if($bMp3) {

                $sStatus = getSettingValue($sModule, "autoApprove") == TRUE_VAL ? STATUS_APPROVED : STATUS_DISAPPROVED;

                $sExtension = MP3_EXTENSION;

            }

             */

Everything works fine Alex! The only thing that is not working like you said is the HTML5 player, but I can always enable that by undoing the mod one I upgraded my server.

You people should really integrate this in the admin panel ;)

Keep in mind that after enabling conversion, only newly uploaded files will be affected, all already existing files will not work with HTML5 Player in some browsers.
