shoutbox error

Well I cant figure it out to save my life but on my install which was from a fresh updated version, My shoutbox works under IE7 but when i try to view it with Firefox, because I noticed in some of the other forums that you can edit in the admin the tiny_mce with firefox for html boxes, I noticed my shoutbox only shows "invalid parameters" printed in the box. like i said it only does this in firefox and not IE, strange because usually its the other way around, things not working in IE and does in firefox. like the tiny_mce in the admin. now i have to use two browsers just to edit my admin, kinda messed up, but if anyone knows of why this would be , please let me know cause I did a search in the forums and found nothing on this. thanx in advanced.
