shopping cart bug

I had a member to send me a capture of her shopping cart and it contained as an item, a member of the site.  Any ideas on this one?  My site is at approximately 1/2 B2.  I have been too busy with the holidays to do much work on the site.  I am including a copy of the capture (with the user's name obscured).

Not that I have a solution, but there have been many updated files..

Yes, and that is my goal, to get back to work on updating the site.  Just thought I would post this in case it is something that might not be related to my site not being up to date.  Sometimes people see these things but for whatever reason, don't report them.

True, but you may have a true bug, I just looked at the revisions, none deal with the store module..
