If I want sale my prime license, can I use this forum or not?

Are licenses transferable to another domain, I understand it's 1:1 domain to license? I could be wrong.

You can transfer your license to a new domain.

1.  Remove the license from your Admin Panel.

2.  Loging to Boonex.com/unity/  click on Account and then licenses.

3.  Just click the button to cancel the license registration.

4.  Just input the license into the new domain.

How about control to the Unity account? How can it be transferred?

You need to discuss that with your agent.  But more or less you could give them your login credentials and allow them to change the e-mail password, thus they would have control and you no longer would. 

I closed my site pernamentry. I will not use boonex product anymore. So, my question is: Can I sell my account with prime license to someone else?

pbuva, the clear answer is YES.

1. Login to your Unity Account
2. Visit http://www.boonex.com/unity/id/account/
3. Where it says: "Email:  <your e-mail>/ change / notifications settings".... Click change
4. Substitute your e-mail into the e-mail of your "license buyer".
5. Turn over to "license buyer" details on how to switch license to his/her domain as mentioned above by mydatery
