i went to install the russian language module and i get the following error:
Installation of: Russian Language Failed
Language file parse error or such language already exists: lang-ru.php
i removed it from modules and cleaned caches and re uploaded it via ftp and it's still the same so although it appears uninstalled, it isnt.
..is there supposed to be like a small globe at the top of the page to switch languages? If so, there isnt one
