right column missing; one profile only

We have a member that has lost the right column on her profile page.  Don't see this on any other profiles; or as far as I know.  Any ideas on where to look to fix this?  What could cause this on one profile and not others?  What should I look for in the database?

I think a mod caused this

It was caused by some code a member added to their page.  Members, can't live without them, can't shoot'em.

I suspected as much.

Where did they enter the code? The description field?

No, I am using a mod that allows one to add their own blocks; we can do the approve thing but I just let them through.  The code for a music player, push the right column out of the window; no scroll bars or anything, just pushed it out of view and you could not scroll down below the music player.  I just started deleting things until I hit the right one.
