replacing flash banner

I would like to replace my custom flash banner how can i do that? Do i go to settings>basic settings>upload image? Can someone help?

Customize your rotating Promo Banners by creating your own personalized images with the dimensions of 994px x 262px. Add and/or delete banners, or even switch to an html reloader, in Admin>Basic Settings>Promo. It's pretty clearly labeled where to do each of these things - to delete an existing banner click delete next to the banner's name; to upload a new banner to the rotation use the upload banner, etc..
