ray whiteboard help!

i am a owner of a socil network and i use ray widgets to my site

but i dont know how to configure or to use this application if any1 can help me pls let me know

You need an RMS connection to use the Ray White board.  Once it's configured correctly in the Ray Base then the White board will work.  You will also need to make sure the permissions on your ffmpeg.exe are set  correctly

what is a RMS connection? and what do i need to get it working?

wer can i get a rms?

i downloaded rms but everytime i click the start button my pc shut down

does it has a virus?

What do you mean you downloaded RMS ? as far as i know, RMS is a service on a server, all you do is put in the correct values in the ray base, Ports and stuff, and away you go...

You can also ask an expert (AntonLV, Rayz, Scriptologist) to install RMS for you for about $30

please correct me if im wrong, but i dont think this young lad is trying to instal ray on his server, i think he is trying to run it from his pc or something.
