 Hi everybody. I have this error when uploading files, chat and messenger work perfectly fine. When uploading music or video I get an error, "undefined". When I click on the admin icon in Video Player and Music Player in Ray Media Suite, I get "admin authorization failed. Dolphin 6.1.6 What i can do? Thx for support |
If you cannot open the Ray Suite Admin are from within your Admin Panel, you have something missing or misconfigured. Try re-uploading your /ray/modules/global folder again and try that. Thx Tried but still don't working... i go crazy When i upload music from my profile work, wheh i try to upload music or video in tha pubblic area dont work . also in the ray admin area i can admin pMusic Player but not music player and video player |
Oh OK, I thought you couldn't get into your Ray Admin panel. Sorry, misunderstood you. So both the Music Player and Video Player show "Enabled" right? Can you click anything else ok, like settings, templates, etc.? You might also wanna check to make sure that you have the permissions to ffmpeg.exe set to 777.
