ray media server

Hi there, 

i have got a ray media service set up with a host, Details here:

RMS address : 204.15.249.204 
RMS Port : 1935 
RMS HTTP Port : 5080

But my website can't connect. I reviewed my vps and also had myhosting.com (my host) check to see if the required ports where open and open fURL etc....

However, ray media server refuses to connect, I exhausted every option possible to my knowledge...
The rms is definitely working as i tried it with another site I have and its fine. 

What else could by causing this error? 
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Have you made the necessary configuration changes as outlined below?:

It'd also help if you could post any errors.

I purchased a hosted rms with another host, They advise me that the server is functioning and running perfectly, 

It's when i go into modules, flash apps and enter the rms settings, the only error i get is Can't connect to rms server

Any ideas or suggestions?

Did you add your domain to the access.dat file?
