ray licenes disappear and uninstall suddenly

am having this problem where suddenly my widgets suddenly unregister their licences and some even uninstall themselves so i have to keep re-registering to keep my site alive as it depends alot on the chat. anyone know why this problem is coming up? and how can i fix this? i am also using flash 9 so i dont think its got to do wit my flash version.

i could register it with firefox. i think it is a problem with flash 10

problem with licenses can be only if you are trying to open Ray admin area without internet connection. When you there is problems with connections from your site to boonex.com - for checking licenses.
