Use "check boxes" instead, then they can select more than one entry

or a drop down selector, but to answer your question, if you set an item as ;

man, woman, couple with the radio button element

man, couple with the radio button element

woman, couple with the radio button element

couple with radio button element

hope that helps. this would be the only way to accomplish this from using a radio button.
