purchases not working

i purchased http://www.boonex.com/m/bot-stopper-automatic-spam-fighter  via paypal and it said it succeeded but now its not in my shopping history, and when i hit Download it says i am not licensed to download it??

Sometimes the vendor needs to manually approve the order.  Please allow some time for them to check.  You can also try sending them a message with the PayPal transaction ID.
