purchased app but don't see license ?

so I payed 399 for the app but still don't see the license,

and therefor unable to download. do I have to wait for boonex to process the order?

 I set time aside just to work on this app so i went ahead and paid for it thinking i was going get it instantly and its been like 3 hours now and nothing. I mean i have 2 full time jobs and setting time aside just for this was a big deal and look...

To be clear, what did you order? If it was a mobile license (and only a mobile license), those orders are processed manually. You need to contact BoonEx directly to have the license sent: http://www.boonex.com/help/contact

Make sure to include the transaction information, and please be patient - on weekends, it may take until Monday.

 Yes just the mobile license since my donation granted permanent license did not qualify me for the prime discount. This is now really getting frustrating, nothing was said about having to wait after paying for this. If i would have know then i would have planned accordantly.. NO BUENO BOONEX

Where did you go to purchase this license? I am not sure you even purchased the correct license. $399 is the price for a standard dolphin license. But i do not see a location on the site where the mobile license can be purchased separately. I did not know it was being publicly advertized.

Just trying to make sure you purchased what you were expecting. It was the fact that you stated that you did not know it had to be manually processed that got me wondering what exactly you purchased.

The FAQ links to the forum post, which includes that bit about the manual processing. I'm sure the blog entry was an oversight, but it's old and not linked anywhere official - bit of bad luck in this case.

You should receive the license by Monday/Tuesday, as long as they've been contacted with the order information.

so does boonex have an office that is closed fri sat n sunday?

Yes. They have always been closed on the weekends. Normally not friday, but it's AU time zone, so you have to figure out the days.

followup, they were open on yesterday and sent me the license :)
