promo banner

Hi guy's

My wife has been at it again, she has lost the promo banner that is at the top of the home page under the logo. I have tried to find it, but it is no where to be found. We still have the jpeg pictures in basic settings but it will not show on the home page. 

have any of you come across this.

Settings/Basic Settings if you have choose to Use custom HTML block,

Use Promo Flash Reloader will not work

Maybe it can be that!!!

I have done it . both are not working.i didnt know what my wife changed. i delete all pics ,then add again.still couldn't see

Okay Carl, I want you to take a deep breath and relax.  This is a major issue and could cause your entire site to crash, or at least your life if you don't fix it immediately.

Now here is what you do:

1.  Locate templates/tmpl_uni/page_1.html

2.  Open it in a code editor

3.  Ensure the code is as follows:

__include _header.html__
 __promo_code__
 __page_main_code__
__include _footer.html__

4.  Ensure it has the __promo_code__ in it. 

5.  If it does not, input it as you see.

6.  If it does have it already, do nothing, just close the file after saving of course.

7.  Go into Admin => Settings => Basic Settings

8.  Note the Radio Buttons at the top of the Promo Loader

Make sure it has the Blue dot in it. 

One of these 2 tricks should work for you.
