profiles doesnt works...

i have a problem with my dolphin (6.1.4) .... non-member cant see some profiles.... but other profiles they can see!

i have allow non-members to view profiles in Settings -> Membership Levels 

---> if i am sign in and check the profil-site with a member-status, than i see all informations about the user.
but if i am not login, than i see just a login-box and a note that i should login to see the profil. but its only on a few profiles... 

have somebody a idea how to fix this problem?

i am ready to pay for fix of this problem!

here the message what antonlv have wrote me (but i have no idea what it means and he dont answer me more on this questions):

Yeah nothing like being helped in geek language. Like we all do this type of stuff every day. Sometimes they forget that we are learning this stuff and just send off a short rambled note to appease us and re-leave their conscious. (I helped another)..woohoo...ughhhhh geeks.....
