profile swapping problems

hi im getting reports that profiles avater are swapping with other members , so im getting emails saying that another member has the image on another profile, has anyone else had this problem, many thanks.

Yes, I have the same issue. I don't see any pattern to it but every once and a while, a group of new profiles where the users have not uploaded an avatar will inherit other members' photos as their avatar. Just you like with you, this sets off a barrage of "this person stole my photos" emails from members.

the normal question.. what version of Dolphin are you using?

I am using v 7.0.4 and having the same issue. I thought I was going crazy for a minute. I was just about to backup my database structure and content and reinstall everything all over again. Glad I came across this post. I have noticed that someone who had their own avatar already had their default avatar change to mine as well...so now there are three people in the community with my avatar.

Really odd but hopefully will get fixed. I wonder if it has something to do with the accessibility of photo albums across members. Maybe changing the photo album permission to me only will fix it...not sure but worth a try.
