profile setup blank?

Just trying out trident 9b .. you can't create a profile it is just a blank page? When I check on the pages menu i notice that there is option that says (hidden on) and all 3 options are up saying phone, tablet, desktop. But I can't remove any of them options?

Try to keep "Ctrl" button when clicking

try to check PHP error log, it should be the exact error there
