    profile photos and captcha images  is not viewable in my website please hekp me to rectify the problem.

problems with captcha - possible your GD not worked properly or not installed, and you will need use ImageMagic library

Check whether there is any restriction from your server side. See your error log. It seems the .htaccess is blocking it.
