Looks like it's a bug. Language keys are added automatically for the page only which you've created the field on.

For example, you created the field for Join page and language keys were added for this page. But then you activated the same field on Edit page. In this case language keys were not created. 

For now I recommend you to go to Dolphin admin panel -> Settings -> Languages Settings and add necessary keys via 'Add Key' tab.
