profile approval

Hi All

Im using v7 rc2 and try as I may, I cant find a way of setting profiles to be approved by me. The test profiles i have so far used are auto approved. I want the user to click a link and verify their email address before they are approved, just like in v6.

What am I missing?

settings/moderation settings.  Unclick the "automatic profile activation after joining" button.
