problems with installation

After installing I get this error BoonEx
Call to a member function getDbCacheObject () on a non-object in xxxxxxx / nippon / inc / prof.inc.php on line 24

how I can fix it??

How did you do your install?

Softaculious or FTP?

with FTP

The problem is on the server with php variables.
I could say that this missing enable or disable the php.ini????

Probably you uploaded your files through ftp and some file did not get uploaded or got corrupted. Reinstall it by uploading the zip directly to the server then unzipping it on the server.
