problem with scrolling in polls?

Hi all,  on my polls page i have a problem when i use the green arrows to scroll down to view the poll answers it will scroll down, but wont scroll back up, it will just keep scrolling down if i keep hovering over the down arrow :(

Nothing to do with the browser as im using firefox, opera and ie and they are all doing the same.

anyone please? i have tried removing and then re adding the mod but still the same :(
