problem with join fields!!!

i have tried to post some screen shots of the problems but not sure how to :(

The problems are: 1) No info pops up on the i icons (the section where it gives you a discription)

2) The pop up section selector on the  'Date of birth' section dont work

i have no idea why i have these problems, but if anyone can help it would be great :)

my site is running on version 6.1.6

First of all - plz don't post the same messages in different places. About ur trouble - plz specify list of ur changes which u made with join.php code and fields.

 The issue with the site was that someone had at one time removed the names from multiple blocks on Field Builders and Page Builders causing anything you did with the builders to not take effect, mandatory's to not be mandatory below a certain block (upload photo mod, was not the mod to blame for this) and so on.  Once the DB was cleaned and all the names put back on the blocks where they belonged the issue was resolved.
