php.ini

where is the above file php.ini found or do I have to create it and if so where do I add it, I am trying to turn safemode off, but I can not find where that function php.ini is, I use phpmyadmin

If you are using phpmyadmin to locate the php.ini, let me know when you find it...

Try searching the forums for php.ini or safemode

php.ini is only used in cgi setups. Even then you wont find it on a shared hosting account. You can create one if you have a cgi host setup.

If you have root access, dedicated or vps you may have access to it.

What is it you are exactally trying to do by the way?

Just post php.ini in administration folder of your dolphin and then check the host setting in control panel
