payment for subscription

I just want to get the members payed before they can do anything in the community is that possible instead of

first activate the member and then hope he will pay for the subscription?

there are options to block members from doing any activities.

and a module named Page Access Control is also included with dolphin that can be used to block pages and page blocks to some specific membership.
