password retrieval

I realise that this is something I have never checked... My password retrieval page does not actually send the emails as stated in forgot.php

My site sends and recieve emails properly apart from this... Can anyone pls help me with it?

Don't know if you ever got a resolution to this, but I discoverd the same thing today.  That the forgot.php program doesn't work.

I have made a modified version of it that now creates a new password properly and sends the correct email information.

PM me and I can provide it to you (it is for 6.1.x)
