password restore

hi! when i try to restore my password im getting on email sucha a code: cf54556c5vf45578v8d

so i introduce it on the site instead the password and it doesnt work? whats the problem?

That would be an md5 hash it looks like.  Not sure why your getting it.  Are you entering a password in the profile edit section or just using the lost password link?

no you should have received it unencrypted just as you typed.. something is broken..

I'm not sure what it is, but it's definitely not an MD5 code.  MD5 is 32 characters and only Hex values.  That strange code has a few non-hex characters in it (v).
