orca manual install

Hi-

Awhile back, Orca broke during an upgrade.

I am now on 7.0.9 and ready to go to 7.1.2.

I tried to remove and reinstall Orca from the modules panel and got all kinds of errors because it appears the forums folder and all that below it is deleted. And, I was unable to locate these folders from an earlier backup.

How do I get the Orca module and instructions to manually install?

I check the forums and I didn't see anything exactly similar...

Thanks for any help on this.

If your currently at 7.0.9 you need to get a full copy of 7.0.9 so you can upload a fresh copy of the forums to replace whats missing.

You can get copies of all old versions of dolphin here. http://sourceforge.net/projects/boonex-dolphin/files/Dolphin/

Thanks for your help.

I uploaded the forum to the root of the dolphin install.

I also uploaded the modulesboonexforum

Forums still won't run, but at least now I am getting a reasonable error message.

I have searched the forums for something that makes sense here.... but did not find anything.

Warning: require_once(/home/singlebk/public_html/forum/integrations/base/../../../../../inc/header.inc.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/singlebk/public_html/forum/integrations/base/config.php on line 14

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/singlebk/public_html/forum/integrations/base/../../../../../inc/header.inc.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/singlebk/public_html/forum/integrations/base/config.php on line 14

Thanks!

Not sure about your statement that you uploaded the forum to the root of the dolphin install. That would not be a proper upload location.

The only folder that should be uploaded would be modules/boonex/forum and it is to be uploaded to the same place on the server.

The error indicates a incorrect path so you need to explain this root upload you did in more detail as i believe something was not properly uploaded because nothing should have been uploaded to the root folder.
