I attempted to install Uno template Vertical now that I upgraded the site to 7.1

I used the instructions for Dolphin-v.7.0.4 - 7.0.9 since I saw the files were updated recently in March.

However, it doesn't work when used as the default template.  Instead, I see the HTML elements stacked, but unusable (links don't work, etc) and no CSS effects at all.

Is there a version compatible with 7.1 or do you plan to release one?

This template is not compatible with 7.1. Template will be updated to D71 version by your request.
