no roomes in the chat

we translate the chat to hebrew and after we upload the file to the server all the roomes in the chat disappear and when we try to create new rooms it impossible it is let as to create  only 2 roomes.

any solution?

Yeah, I'm having the same problem with the chat and I really could use some help with that

Have you checked the admin>plugin>ray>a/v chat settings?...You set the # of rooms for chat there..

yes i checked this and it is all ok.

today the rooms back byoneself and it is look ok but agen them disappear

it is look like the chat crazy

Are you using your own RMS?

If you're using a shared or rented RMS, this can often happen when the RMS server is restarted, at which point the chat loses all data.
