Every module gets this error:

Not Found

The requested URL /blogs/home/ was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

you uploaded the zip file on server? If not. Upload the zip file on server and extract it there.

Is this from a back up where you have downloaded the files, then re-uploaded? 

not sure why you're saying no htaccess from download otherwise.

If so, you might have had your cpanel or whatever you use to view files set to not show hidden files. That way, when you dload, it will not copy htaccess...

You can always just manually copy it into place from your backup?

I extracted zip file and it worked perfectly!  It created the .htaccess file for me.  Thanks.
