no editor in html block

After a successfull installation with no problems from D7 RC, I wanted to test the html block function on the homepage.
This only working if you use Firefox, but There is only a block without any editon function. You can use html code if you know how to do it, but not every one knows this.  Also the editing box is to small, there is so many space for it. Please guys make it bigger :) and give it a tiny editor.
