here is a very nice site that has a soft for inserting single file in multiple sub directory

its realy great

i bought it and its working great

it hellped me put php.ini in all folders of dolphin

they are almost 900 folder

Actually wolf imagine the fun we could have with this... Different settings for each and every folder.  My Gawd, talk about a new level of site errors... ROFLMAO!!  I can see it now, 95 different php.ini files arguing with each other to display one home page.
