news on home page

Is there a way to remove BOONEX NEWS from the index page in the admin without removing anything using dreamweaver or another prog or am i overlooking things? I would like our news there but its towards the bottom of the page

nevermind, figured it out. Are you suppose to be able to drop and drag them? My cursor sets the 4 points but just cant seem to do anything with em. i will just keep playing

If your using google chrome in the admin panel, then don't. Known issues. Use firefox.

not using that. Just the o'l IE on windows 7
