Did the Arvixe creat a wrong folder for mysite? couldn't keep files in Public ,right .it is so different with old host.

Ling, what is on line 224 of admin/basic_settings.php

As far as the public_html/admin/basic_settings.php file path, that is exactly how you set up Dolphin a root folder.  It appears that the media/images/promo/original/20076121512.gif is not creating the file it needs.

Check the permissions on your media/images/promo/original/  folder.  It needs to be set to 777 and that may be the issue that your facing here.

This sounds like a basic issue that you can correct by just checking them and making the necessary adjustments to them.

It does sound like it may be a permission error.
Make sure the following directories have permissions set for 777

media/images
media/images/promo/
media/images/promo/original/

I am sure no help to change 777,i did.but no worth. on old host ,it work fine.why not work on new host ?

Wolf, this thing is sounding like all the permission are 755'd and not 777'd as they should be.  Common problem that comes up with auto installers and suphp servers.

Ling, check your e-mail on here.  You have Mail in it.

Not sure what else the problem would be.
I use Arvixe as my hosting company as well and i haven't had any issues with it yet.
I would try your permissions via cpanel if you're doing them by ftp software such as Filezilla, smart ftp etc.
