Trying my hardest after being let down need some help , getting this error on my site

It would appear you are using a custom modification that is encoded to work only for a specific IP address. If you purchased this modification from the original developer, you must contact them and request they send you a copy of the modification which will run on your web server. If you did not purchase this modification from the original developer, and have acquired it through illegal mediums, then there is nothing that can be done.
