There was a mod available on expertzzz for this, It displayed a block on the users profile page.

Happy to put a mod together for you if you don't manage to find it / doesn't do what you wish.

You just make the adjustment to the template file your using.  For example if you have:

templates/tmpl_lat/css/general.css

and the mod tells you to modify:

templates/tmpl_uni/css/general.css

You just do what it says to:

templates/tmpl_lat/css/general.css  instead.  The file structures and such are the same, it's only looking at the colors/rounded corners and so on.

this is what it tells me to do:

Installation description for the Last Visitors Addon:

NOTE: if your are using not standard tmpl_uni template you should keep in mind what you need to replace in the installation description tmpl_uni on the your template folder (e.x. tmpl_mytemplate)

Thanks :)
