nee help: ffmpeg.exe security set on IIS ?

Since speed is too slo with apache on win2003, I changed to IIS.  Sound, photo upload both works, But the video upload don't work.

I figured out the problem is grabImages() function failed, and it's must due to security set.

I've grant all permission to iuser and iis_wpg. does it need any other temp directory for option ?

anyone can help me ? thanks

yes, I've changed the ffmpeg to windows one, and it works well when i run apache2.2 on win2003.

I was really confused. Noew i've change  to grant all permisstion including acess, excute, write to the whole direcotory containing the site, and the temp directory I specified in .ini file. But it still failed to upload video.

Besides, i printed out the grabimage function's command argument, and it works well in command line in cmd window.

xxx/flash/modules/global/app/ffmpeg.exe -y -i xxx/flash/modules/video/files/1_temp -ss 0 -vframes 1 -an -sameq -f image2 xxx/flash/modules/video/files/1_temp.jpg

anymore authority needed ?
