navigation menu edit pop up not collapsing

Chrome Version 44.0.2403.125 m navigation menu edit item pop up not collapsing when you click save changes and it is not collapsing when you click on the x to close 

I can't reproduce the problem.

Please could you check if there are any js errors in the browser's error console ?

Sorry Alex there appears to be some strange behaviour going on it might be local I looked for any js errors there were none but after I opened the error console the pop up closed but close console and refresh page it doesn't close .

Also open the SITE CUSTOMIZER and this happens 

but refresh the page and it displays normally ?
