mysql error

This is error that I recive when I try to reinstall Timeline module:

Query:
INSERT INTO `sys_alerts`(`unit`, `action`, `handler_id`) VALUES('', 'add', '189')
Mysql error:
Duplicate entry 'add-189' for key 'alert_handler'

I was uninstall timeline module and when I try to reinstall module I got error above. I was looking for an answer on the forum but there are only 3 topics with same question and niether of those three topics doesn't have the answer. Thank you in advance...

I suspect that there is some 3rd-party module is installed which provides incorrect data for the wall - it causes the error.
