multiple Dolphin sites -

Question - If I have a main domain, can I have multiple subdomains (all dolphin) that will show different content but the members can be the same - same log ins? Example a site like a craigslist, different content for each area for same login, once logged in - member can go to all sites without having to re-log in and will not have to sign-up for each subdomain?

unless you write a program that will sign them in automatically when they join or login to one then no. I wonder how hard that would be?

D7 might do this for you once the RC is released.  Look at the the Sites function in it.

I'm pretty sure that session cookies don't carry across sites installed in different subdomains, but they might across sites installed in different subdirectories.

Thanks - who can I ask to verify if they carry across the different subdirectories?   Does 6.1.6 do this or do i have to wait until 7 is released
